This policy applies to consultations, cohorts, workshops, digital products, and related offerings sold through this website or linked checkout pages.
Consultations and advisory calls
If you need to reschedule, please email at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Missed calls or no-shows may not be refundable.
Cohorts and workshops
For live cohorts or workshops, cancellation and refund terms may depend on the specific program. Unless a different policy is stated on the program page or invoice, refund requests made before the start of the first live session will be reviewed case-by-case.
Digital products
Due to the nature of downloadable or instantly accessible digital products such as PDFs, templates, guides, recordings, and toolkits, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, unless there is a duplicate payment, failed delivery, or a clear technical issue that cannot be resolved.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or did not receive access after a successful payment, email support with the transaction reference, payment date, amount, and email used for purchase.
